Anne has actively engaged her patient population in wellness, corrective exercises,
and rehabilitation for the past 21 years. Her vast experience in the field of rehabilitation
encompasses almost every aspect of rehabilitation and exercise therapy including outpatient orthopedics,
inpatient rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, geriatric rehabilitation and Pilates.
Anne started her career in physical therapy as a physical therapist assistant, with an AS from Pierce College in Woodland Hills. Years later she went back to California State University, Northridge to get her masters in physical therapy. She has completed an extensive year long certification program in classical Pilates through the Teague institute, which included mat and all the equipment exercises, along with the principles of Pilates. Additionally, she just completed a year long course in orthopedics and has taken numerous courses over the years and will continue to do so, in her pursuit of learning and being the best she can be.
She has studied the Pilates discipline extensively in Southern California. Recently, she has devoted considerable personal resources to integration her unique Pilates approach to rehabilitation to help her clients recover from injuries faster and more uniformly. She has now taken her field another step forward by introducing Pilates at Omega Rehab & Sport to our client population. She is eager to bring her vast experience and expertise to assist you in perfecting physical balance and enhancing function. In addition to rehabilitation, Anne now offers Pilates in private, semi-private or small class sessions at the Thousand Oaks location of Omega Rehab & Sport.
